Introduce is a custom tri-fold direct mailer that incorporates a removable encoded card and a digital sound chip, which plays a recorded message. The recorded message begins with a simulated call to an activation center which acknowledges activation, outlines incentive rewards and encourages the recipient to opt-in and confirm the activation while sharing personal preferences with an actual call to an 800# center* or via a branded website.*

Once the included encoded card is activated the marketer will be able to track the recipient through subsequent campaigns and purchases. ROI is demonstrated on multiple levels the first being card activation, second card swipe at local EMG Digital Verification Terminal* (DVT) in store and product sales levels as related to a unique campaign.

A powerful Introduce feature is utilization with an in-house database as well outsourced lists. When distributed to a database that is owned by a third party (e.g. retailer or department store), the information collected by the opt-in recipient call, website activation or card swipe is captured directly to the marketers database for subsequent direct campaigns.
