Concierge is a custom direct mailer that incorporates a simple, digital cell phone and optional encoded concierge card. The recipient opens this package and is instructed to press a button which makes a direct call to a live call center operator or sales rep. Concierge enables an immediate opt-in by the recipient, instant qualification of preferences and a provides a direct connection for product information which could result in the sale of products and/or services during the call.

When distributed to a database that is owned by a third party (e.g. retailer or department store), the information collected during the recipient call captured directly to the marketers database for subsequent direct campaigns*
